Conroe is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Conroe follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

0 stars if I could. Taking my truck here was an experience I wouldnโ€™t wish on anybody. Drilled through the back of my cab. Somehow left holes in my cab vent and water began to leak into my truck. Exposed wires centimeters away from my factory amp. Bad grounds. And itโ€™s only been a couple months and my wire is turning to powder. Do NOT get your audio done here.

When youโ€™re buying from Nichos, everything is great. Theyโ€™re easy to work with and the installation work has always been solid. The problems start when something goes wrong. Iโ€™ve spent around $3,500 with them over the last year on subs, an amp, door speakers, installation, and supporting upgrades. I bought the subs about 8 months ago, so I understand they were outside of the warranty period. However, the door speakers had only been installed a few months earlier. One of the door speakers blew, and around the same time one of my subs stopped working. Since itโ€™s all part of the same audio system and the failures happened so close together, I felt it was reasonable to ask questions and look for some help in figuring out what happened. When I brought the truck in, I was told the speaker was under warranty, but Iโ€™d still need to pay a $45 fee. Depending on who I talked to, that fee was supposedly for shipping, labor, or a stocking charge. I was then told one of my subs was blown and that the model was discontinued. Their solution was to sell me replacement subs for $270 each plus installation. I asked if there was anything they could do to help a repeat customer who had spent thousan

Been here 2 times and the service is phenomenal!!! The girl in the front is very knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are reasonable and the selection is good as well. Would highly recommend checking them out for your Audio and lighting needs.

Broke part of my AC and Iโ€™ve called multiple times asking when I can bring it in and they keep on telling me to bring it in, that they could work on it, and I even HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED once I get there itโ€™s a completely different story; theyโ€™ll say that the owner doesnโ€™t want to touch my car because they are scared of breaking a part that they installed because they already broke it the first time they installed the CarPlay screen I had them install ๐Ÿ˜ญ. I guess they donโ€™t trust themselves to work on cars ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ. Never taking my car here again and I donโ€™t recommend this place to anyone. My AC barely blows air and itโ€™s 93 degrees outside ๐Ÿ˜ž
